Steve Keen on the Eurozone

A nice interview with Steve Keen below while he was in Ireland on the 18 April, 2012.

He covers a few issues related to the Eurozone, including the Maastricht Treaty, debt deflation, and the neoliberal shambles that is the Eurozone.

  2. It's an argument I have not heard before.

There were no safeguards for the current crisis, because certain parties simply deemed it impossible for a crisis to happen. The solution to the problem was to disregard it.
