Steve Keen on the International Financial Order

Steve Keen in the video below discusses the history of the international payments system as designed at Bretton Woods, and in particular Keynes’s Ban­cor plan versus Harry Dexter White’s plan, as well as modern money and banking.

The talk was given at the Meeting of Finance Ministers of Latin America in Quito on November 29th 2013.
